Grin and bear it was absolutely gorgeous. Had everything we need and it was our first time actually seeing a bear in our 19 years visiting gatlinburg which was a treat.

I was initially impressed with the communication from Elk Springs. We had a wonderful time in Grin & Bear It! The views were beautiful and we really enjoyed the hot tub. The unit had all we needed for a wonderful week. We saw 4 bears including one walking across the deck!
We had a fantastic time. Our cabin Grin & Bear It was true to its name. We saw a Black Bear every day walking in the yard of the cabin.
The cabin was a great place for our family vacation to the area. It was a close enough drive to the various attractions but far enough away to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the cabin’s location.

We had a wonderful stay with our extended family. The cabin was just the right size. We enjoyed the pool table, the grill and the porches were amazing! We did have a visit from a bear early morning on our check out day. We never saw him but heard him huffing a few days earlier. The cabin was wonderful and relaxing. We will def be back!
We spent 4 night in the Elk Springs Resort, Grin and ear it! Everything went smooth from getting a check in code to checking out. The cabin was super clean and came with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and sitting on the porch enjoying the beautiful scenery! It was a super quick trip to downtown. We will definitely book another visit! Great choice we made!

We enjoyed the cozy cabin. We had all we needed and more . Kitchen was well equipped . Washer and dryer a big plus . King size beds were a nice accommodation and the staff was the BEST!! Very helpful and flexible on our check out. The area was perfect close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We have stayed in the Majestic Cabin back in November 2018 for our wedding. Was. From the time we walked in to the time we left, my family and I had an awesome experience. The cabin was super clean, and the location was perfect...almost directly in the between Gaitlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Also, when we arrived, the pilot light had gone out on the gas log fireplace, but when we called, maintenance was there within the hour and got it running. We loved our stay, and would recommend staying there.
We were extremely satisfied with the Grin & Bear It cabin. The location was great and remote (which is exactly what we wanted). The property management team was very friendly and easy to deal with it. The drive to Gatlinburg was so quick. Unfortunately, we didn't see any bears at the cabin, but we checked the bears off our list on our drive thru the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Highly recommend!!

Loved this cabin. It was our first time renting a cabin for vacation. It was so clean and beautiful. Booking was easy and check in and out was wonderful since they give you a code before you arrive. Checking out was not tressful. Will be booking the same cabin for next year.
After visiting the busy Gatlinburg area,it was nice to come back to a place of complete peace and comfort. This is definitely a place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Grin & Bear it. It was conveniently located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge making it easy to get everywhere. The cabin was great and well kept. The kids enjoyed the pool table and high speed internet.

The cabin is a clean and comforting place with everything you need and more. Has 2 comfortable king beds, welcoming family room, fully stocked kitchen and loft with pool table and games. Has a wrap around porch with great views and a place for a quiet retreat, as well as a hot tub gazebo connected to the patio with soft lighting for night time use. Perfectly located in a nicely maintained community and backing up for the National park and private yet not remote. Close to shops, restaurants and a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg where all the attractions are located.
We had a wonderful time staying in Oak Springs resort. It’s in a very good location and had all the amenities that we needed.
This cabin is perfect for a couples retreat or getaway. Very spacious and clean. Cabin came with all of the items needed to start the vacation. Management company was very pleasant and called to check in on us during our stay. The location of the resort is very secluded however, if your not use to driving in the mountains that contain whining, narrow roads, GET READY. LOL. Loved this place and would definitely visit again.

We also were lucky and seen a bear while in town, it happened to be right in front of our car in the parking lot as we were walking to it. the cabin was very clean and provided supplies were more than adequate for our week long stay. everything was in good working order. Hot water for showers and laundry were always plentiful and never lacking. The nice hot tub was an added bonus we enjoyed every evening after a full day of walking or hiking. Very quiet location next to adjacent woods yet close enough of a drive to everything. A true home away from home for us. We will definitely book here again when we come back.

Our stay at the "Grin & Bear It" cabin in the Smokey Mountains was the perfect "socially distant" family vacation. We were so pleased to see reality meet the great pictures of the cabin. Beautifully maintained, wonderful amenities, and great location. A wonderful way to unplug and get away from it all. The Property management were professional and caring. Contacting us on arrival to make sure we were happy and our needs were met. Due to COVID we did not go to any restaurants, but the Smokey Mountains provided plenty of safe entertainment options with hiking and picnics. We definitely plan to return to this cabin again in the future!

The cabin was located conveniently located in a neighborhood dedicated to vacation cabin rentals & was easy to get to. Enjoyed playing pool, relaxing in the hot tub & unwinding. Elk Springs Resort made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!
Everything was great!
It's our third time to stay with Elk Springs Resort and this time was great as usual. Everything was clean and ready to go when we arrived. Check in was easy and convenient. The only thing I would suggest is adding a mat in the bath tubs. It can get a little slippery when taking a shower. Also, rotate the pool table about 90 degrees for more elbow room. We will be back next year!
